The reEarth International Art Prize returns in 2026 with its second edition, bringing a powerful global youth-led exhibition to Sharjah. The exhibition showcases selected works by children and young artists from across the world, responding creatively to environmental change, care for the planet, and our shared responsibility for the Earth.
The project is organised by FANN Media Discovery Platform Sharjah, in partnership with The Little Art, New Zealand/Pakistan.
The 2026 edition of the reEarth International Art Prize received nearly 2,500 submissions from young artists representing 26 countries. The selected artworks reflect diverse landscapes, cultures, and lived experiences, yet are united by a shared concern for environmental balance and sustainability.
Through photography, illustration, and mixed media, the exhibition highlights how young people observe the world with clarity, honesty, and imagination. Rather than offering simple solutions, the works invite viewers to pause, reflect, and listen to the perspectives of the next generation.
In its inaugural edition in 2025, the reEarth International Art Prize presented exhibitions in Venice, Italy, and Auckland, New Zealand, establishing the prize as a growing international platform for youth voices in contemporary environmental art.
By presenting the exhibition in Sharjah, reEarth continues its commitment to connecting young artists with major cultural centres and global audiences, reinforcing the role of art as a space for dialogue, awareness, and collective responsibility.
