Ajda Azman Jazbec is an award-winning film producer and psychotherapist whose work brings together cinematic craft and deep human awareness. Since 2015, she has been producing films through TENT Film, an internationally recognised studio known for authentic, high-end storytelling. A mother of two, she brings a strong narrative vision, structured production leadership, and a human-centred approach, guiding complex projects with clarity, care, and creative precision.
Ajda Azman Jazbec works as a film producer with a focus on stories that explore how communities respond to globalisation, environmental transformation, and social change. Through her work at TENT Film, she is involved in the full production process, from early development to delivery, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination while supporting directors and creative teams.
Alongside her producing practice, Ajda is a psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, which informs her leadership style and collaborative approach. This background allows her to bring a strong human dimension to each project, creating trust-based working environments and recognising the core potential and availability of a project beyond its surface concept. She is known as a strong people leader with a clear ability to hold both creative vision and emotional dynamics within complex productions.
Her recent work includes SILA (2025), filmed in Greenland and selected for the Big Sky Film Festival 2026, as well as the award-winning short documentary Dream to Cure Water (2024). Her portfolio also includes Saving Glaciers (2023) and Protecting the River Krupa (2023), reflecting her commitment to impactful, socially and environmentally engaged storytelling.
