Helena Georgiou
Helena Georgiou is an award-winning photographer from Cyprus, renowned for her exceptional ability to capture the essence of architectural spaces and minimalist themes. Her journey into photography began with studies in Interior Design and Photography, which she furthered with advanced education at the University of Nicosia, Michigan State University, MoMA in New York, and Harvard Extension School.
Her career is marked by numerous accolades, including first place for Cyprus in the Inspired by Europe 2024 contest and honors in the Sony World Photography Awards and European Parliament photography competitions. Helena’s work has been showcased in prestigious exhibitions globally, including the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg.
Her photography explores a broad spectrum of subjects such as portraiture, architecture, minimalist, creative, and street photography, alongside digitally processed imagery.
