Nicolas Cornet

French-born photographer Nicolas Cornet embraces the world through his camera, finding solace and inspiration in the captivating art of landscape photography.

Influenced by master painters such as Canaletto, the Impressionists, Hokusai, and the Dutch landscape artists, Nicolas strives to evoke deep emotions and transport viewers to breathtaking landscapes, capturing moments frozen in time.

Driven by an insatiable wanderlust, he has explored over 50 countries, always in search of the perfect interplay between light and nature’s wonders: the fiery spectacle of active volcanoes, the untamed beauty of Africa’s savannah, the ethereal dance of the Northern Lights, the vibrant festivals of India, the serene elegance of Japanese gardens, the enchanting canals of Venice, and the rugged landscapes of the Altiplano, Alps, and Himalayas.

Recently, he fell in love with the Huangshan mountains of China, a place he now visits regularly.

Currently residing in Dubai, Nicolas uses the city’s ever-evolving skyline as his playground, exploring futuristic vistas and pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.

He has published two books: “Lights on Paris” and “36 Views of Burj Khalifa”.
