Mushroom Magic

Of all our senses, sight is the most closely related to perception.
"Why mushrooms"?
They are a "Symbol of Imagination". They are "Visual Stimuli".
It's everything I want: a fairy tale, an idea, and a mystery.
It is a theme full of shapes, color and myth.
They are the children of the rain and the ornaments of the forest.
Mushrooms and fairy tales are united by nature with an unbreakable bond, which is why they ignite our imagination.
Their mysterious physiognomy, magical alchemies and many stories, which acrobat between myth and reality, stimulate the imagination of the visitor of the forest.
In this exhibition, what I seek is to show mushrooms in their natural landscape with a different look, with a dose of delusion, to steal something from their fairy tale.
The photos we create should be more than pretty, they should reveal, not just entertain.
At the given time of the exhibition, I will tell you that I am particularly moved by my photographs depicting the release of spores. They are images that show an "invisible" behavior of the magical world of mushrooms.
In order to reveal the magic of spore dispersal I wanted to share a moment that reveals an essential truth, their reproductive process, and an almost unknown detail, about their lives.
To reveal something that is not visible is very exciting and so these images have a special value for me.
I would like the general public to realize that mushrooms are the greatest recycler of the forest. That without them the forest would be a huge graveyard of leaves!
This beautiful planet needs our respect again!
